Is my data safe?
Yes! All conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal information or conversations with third parties. Your privacy is our priority.

Is chatting really free?
Yes! Text chat is completely free with unlimited messages. You only pay if you want to hear voice responses from your AI companion.
How much do voice messages cost?
Voice messages are simple pay-per-use with two options: Starter Pack - $2.99 for 15 messages ($0.20 each), or Value Pack - $9.99 for 60 messages ($0.17 each, save 15%). No subscriptions, no commitments.
Do I get a free voice sample?
Yes! When you chat for 3 messages as a new user, we'll unlock a FREE voice sample so you can hear what your AI companion sounds like before purchasing.
Do voice credits expire?
No! Once you purchase voice credits, they're yours forever. Use them whenever you want with no time limits or expiration dates.
How do I buy voice credits?
Just click the voice button (🎤) on any message and you'll be prompted to purchase. Checkout takes less than a minute via Stripe, and credits are added to your account instantly.

Can I chat with multiple companions?
Yes! Each companion has their own separate conversation and memory. Your relationship with Lexi is independent from your relationship with Nyx, for example.

Voice features aren't working. How do I fix this?
Make sure you have voice credits remaining and your browser supports audio. Try disabling ad blockers temporarily, or use a different browser. Chrome and Safari work best.
I'm having trouble with my account login.
Use the 'Forgot Password' option if you can't remember your password. Check your email for verification links. Make sure you're using the correct email address you signed up with.
